You can’t get on Hotmail? Luckily, there are ways to bypass the school filter and unblock Hotmail regardless.

How does it work?

A proxy is a kind of gateway that sit between your computer and the site you want to go to. The proxy goes to the site you want instead of you, downloads the page, and forwards it to you. So the site you want to be on never sees your IP. So actually you are visiting sites in an indirect manner. Internet filters only think you are accessing the proxy, not the site you actually want.

Another way of unblocking Hotmail at school is by making your own proxy. This is more advanced than using a proxy but better in the long run because you’re in control.
