You are incessantly being told what to do at school. Your parents and teachers are insisting on what you ought to learn, which students you ought to and can't spend time with, what you can wear, and even what you ought to eat. It's a long list. It's like prison, except you did nothing wrong. You would guess that after coercing you to go to and all these things, they would at the very least permit you to visit whatever websites you will need to when you are stuck there. Apparently not. The interwebs are censored, lots websites are blocked. Nevertheless, there are a few ways of going past that, and it's very much easier than convincing your parents to unschool you.

Instructions:
Enter the website address into the box below. The default settings should work fine for Myspace and Facebook, but you can change the settings below the URL box to your liking. An unblocker is like a gateway that sit between your computer and the site you're trying to visit. The unblocker accesses the site you want in your place, loads the page, and forwards it to you. So the site you want to be on never sees your IP. So, basically you are visiting sites in an indirect manner. School filters only see you visiting the unblocker, not the destination site.
An alternative method of unblocking Facebook or Myspace in school is to set up your own unblocker site. This is more advanced than just using an unblocker but it's a lot nicer to have because you can make more of them. Explaining how to do this is beyond the scope of this article, if you do a search for "How to make your own proxy" you should find some guides. You can even make money from your unblocker by letting people advertise on it.
Other ways to unblock Facebook or Myspace are by using sites that translate pages, like Google Translate or Babelfish. You can also try Google's cached version of the site. Unfortunately, you can't to log in using these methods, so it's still better to use an unblocker for Facebook or Myspace, though these tips are good for most other sites.
